Our Stirling Thermodynamic Engine project explores external combustion principles for next-generation propulsion applications requiring high reliability and fuel flexibility.

Fascinated by the legendary Stirling engine's unique operating principles, our engineering team developed this prototype using advanced materials recovery techniques. The engine demonstrates thermodynamic efficiency through recycled aluminum components and precision-engineered sealing systems.

The heat exchanger utilizes steel wool matrix technology for optimal thermal transfer, while the epoxy-formed piston system provides reliable sealing in the brass combustion chamber. Cold water circulation creates the thermal gradient necessary for sustained operation.

Our Precision Manufacturing Complex integrates CNC machining and additive manufacturing technologies to enable rapid prototyping and small-batch production capabilities.

Following successful deployment of CNC routers and 3D printing systems, the ultimate goal evolved to complete chess set fabrication capability. The CNC lathe operates under LinuxCNC control with Geckodrive G540 precision, all powered by 48VDC systems for optimal performance.

The additive manufacturing fleet spans over 10 designs across multiple kinematic architectures: Delta, Polar, Cartesian, H-Bot, and CoreXY systems. This diversity enables rapid iteration and specialized production for varying project requirements.

Our Zero-Energy Hydraulic Transport system demonstrates advanced fluid dynamics principles for remote water distribution without external power requirements.

When a friend provided cabin access but water infrastructure was unavailable, our team developed a ram pump solution using natural stream pressure. The system transports water 12 meters in elevation across 110 meters horizontal distance, providing running water in remote forest locations.

The ram pump technology harnesses water hammer effect to amplify stream pressure, creating a self-sustaining hydraulic system. This elegant engineering solution has been successfully deployed in multiple installations, demonstrating reliability and efficiency.
